When you submit a commercial cleaning quote request or contact form on this site, we collect: your name, business email address, business telephone number, company/organisation name, site postcode/area, required service category, and optional notes provided.
Purpose & Legal basis for processing
We process your data under the legal basis of Legitimate Interest (responding to commercial business enquiries you initiate) and taking necessary steps prior to entering into a commercial cleaning service contract.
Data Processors & Third-Party Sharing
Form submissions are securely transmitted via Formspree, acting as our data processor under strict data processing agreements. If analytics cookies are explicitly accepted, Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager processes pseudonymised traffic data. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
Enquiry data is retained only for as long as necessary to complete your commercial quote and manage ongoing service communications (typically up to 24 months for inactive quotes, or for the duration of an active commercial contract).
